Information we collect
• Contact details: name, email, phone, job title, company
• Company and service info: your goals, current tools, CS metrics you choose to share
• Marketing and website data: IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, UTMs, referrers, LinkedIn click IDs, cookies
• Meeting artefacts: notes, call recordings or transcripts (only with notice/consent)
• Billing details and engagement records (if you become a client)
If you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, LinkedIn sends us the fields you agreed to share (for example, name, email, company, job title).How we use your information

• To perform our services and manage our relationship with you
• To send relevant updates or invitations you’ve requested or would reasonably expect

If we run joint content or events, we will name any partner at the point of collection.

We may process data in New Zealand and via trusted providers in other countries (for example, Australia, the EU, the UK, the United States, Singapore). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep information
• Enquiry/marketing contacts: up to 24 months from last meaningful interaction
• Client records: generally 7 years to meet tax and compliance obligations
We will delete or anonymise data when no longer needed.
